Those who know me know that I have an extremely competitive nature. Very few people “enjoy” playing board games with me as a result, but I really do love them. When I started my weight loss on May 1st, 2010 I decided to think of my weight loss as a game. It’s a game that will never end since this is a new lifestyle and not just a diet, but there are definitely prizes to be won along the way. I created 2 lists, one with big goals and one with small goals. These goals have kept me motivated and when I reach a goal I reward myself. These are my goals.
